How to stop the spins when you drink too much.

one hand on a hard flat surface and one foot on a hard flat surface will make your brain feel grounded and not off balance.

You guys are welcome.

can confirm-was way to drunk last night and tried it. Took my spins from a 10 down to about a 3. It was incredible.

worst is when you want to sleep. What I do is sit in the bed and sleep sitting up this way no spins and liquid stays down.

Also, you can try sitting on your bed with both feet on the floor and lay back onto the bed. You will feel grounded by the two feet and can still fall asleep easily!

Putting one foot on the floor means you have to lay flat on your back. Don't do this. It's not safe.

I'v drank water when I had the spins and it's never really worked. Water is the "Go-to" when someone has the spins. The way my friend showed me worked almost immediately.

Just make sure to keep your eyes open. I find it's worst when I close my eyes. Basically you got to tough your way threw it. Try to drink some water. Try to watch some tv. I know I can't go to sleep when I'm spinning. I usually just watch tv or try to throw up or something.
